Can I assess one function or a whole company?
Yes. Choose the functions participating in a company assessment, within the selected method’s scope rules. Programs coordinate multiple company assessments while preserving each company’s records and access.
Do we need to use one fixed questionnaire?
No. The platform separates reusable methods from customer assessment runs. You can select a published method or work with an administrator to import a supported, reviewed assessment package. Active assessments retain their chosen version.
Can reviewers ask for more information?
Yes. Reviewers can request clarification against a submitted response, track replies and resolve the request. The original submission remains preserved, and unresolved requests prevent finalization.
What can executive sponsors see?
Authorized sponsors can monitor completion before results are final. Working answers, evidence and provisional results remain restricted. Final results become available after the required review and finalization steps.
Can we upload an Excel assessment and have AI map it?
AI-assisted Excel mapping is planned, not currently available. The current custom-method path uses validated JSON assessment packages. Native visual question authoring and downloadable report packages are also future work.
How do we get access?
MaturityNav is in an initial, access-controlled release. Access is arranged individually; public self-service registration is not available. Automated invitations and reminder emails are not yet enabled.
